Includes digital form processing, validation, submission, and confirmation delivery. Refundable only if service delivery fails.

eSIM Data Plans (Varies by plan)

Includes eSIM activation codes and data allowances. Refundable only before activation or if technical issues prevent use.

Time Limits for Refund Requests

Important Time Limits:

  • C5 form services: Request within 24 hours of payment if service not delivered
  • eSIM services: Request within 7 days of purchase if not activated
  • Technical issues: Report within 48 hours of occurrence
