These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the EnterJamaica website (https://enterjamaica.com) and the services provided by Byllkreate, a private company offering paid assistance for completing and submitting the Jamaican C5 Immigration and Customs Declaration Form, as well as the optional purchase of a Jamaican eSIM for mobile data access.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to resolve all disputes arising from its use exclusively through mediation.

1. Service Description

EnterJamaica provides a paid digital platform that allows travelers to:

• Complete the C5 Immigration and Customs Declaration Form online
• Receive an instant confirmation email with a QR code
• Retrieve submitted forms via email or confirmation code
• Receive basic support and validation assistance to help prevent entry delays
• Optionally purchase a Jamaican eSIM for mobile data while in Jamaica

We are not affiliated with the Government of Jamaica, and we do not guarantee entry into the country. We facilitate pre-arrival digital form preparation and connectivity as a convenience service.

2. Service Fee

Use of this platform requires payment of a processing and service fee, displayed clearly prior to checkout. The fee covers:

• Access to our digital form submission interface
• Instant email delivery of the C5 form confirmation and QR code
• Formatting and storage of your data for immigration compliance
• Technical support
• Optional eSIM activation and delivery

All fees are non-refundable once the form is submitted or an eSIM is provisioned, even if your travel plans change or you are denied entry by immigration.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information on the form
• Ensuring the form matches your government-issued travel documents
• Verifying the confirmation email and QR code are correct and accessible

If an error is made, you may edit your submission once through your user dashboard within a limited time window after payment. After this edit is used or if the window has expired, a new form must be submitted and a new service fee will apply. For security and compliance reasons, we do not allow multiple edits or manual modifications after submission.

4. Eligibility

To use this service, you must:

• Be 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian
• Be legally authorized to travel to Jamaica
• Submit truthful, verifiable personal and travel details

5. No Affiliation with the Government

EnterJamaica is a private, third-party platform developed and operated by Byllkreate. We are not affiliated with the Jamaica Customs Agency, PICA, or any Jamaican government entity.

6. Delivery of Service

Upon successful submission and payment:

• You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code
• You will have access to resend or retrieve your form using your email and confirmation code
• If you purchased an eSIM, a QR code for installation will be sent by email or shown on the confirmation screen

7. Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is:

• Encrypted during transmission and securely stored
• Only used for purposes of form submission and optional eSIM provisioning
• Never sold or shared with third parties without consent

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Submit forms for others without their authorization
• Use the service for illegal activity or in violation of Jamaican law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and/or cancel your form submission if these terms are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Byllkreate shall not be liable for:

• Denial of entry by immigration or customs
• Issues arising from inaccurate form submissions
• Airline delays or cancellations
• Government policy changes affecting C5 form procedures
• eSIM incompatibility with your device or network availability
• System outages, data loss, or technical disruptions beyond our control

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to its validity, interpretation, performance, or breach, shall be resolved exclusively by mediation.

Mediation shall take place in Jamaica, in accordance with the applicable rules of the Dispute Resolution Foundation or a mutually agreed mediator. Litigation shall only be pursued if mediation fails and the parties are unable to reach a resolution.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of the service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
